This session can stand alone or serve as the first step in a longer-term plan we build together.
1-Month Health & Wellness Package (Primary Offer)
Includes 4 weekly sessions This one-month package is designed to create real momentum through consistency, accountability, and personalized support. We meet weekly to build clarity, establish sustainable habits, and address challenges as they arise—so progress doesn’t stall between sessions.This package is ideal if you’re ready to commit to your health, experience the power of consistent support, and create meaningful, lasting change. Sessions are scheduled weekly to maintain momentum and support integration.This is the recommended starting point for most clients.
4-Session Health & Wellness Package
(Integration & Reinforcement) Includes 4 sessions, scheduled weekly or biweekly This package is designed for clients who have already established a foundation and want continued guidance while integrating changes into daily life. Sessions are typically scheduled weekly or biweekly to reinforce progress, refine strategies, and support long-term sustainability.This option works well after completing a 1-Month package or for those who need structured support without a weekly commitment.
My approach is personalized, practical, and grounded in real life. We start by understanding where you are, what you need, and what’s getting in the way. From there, we focus on realistic strategies, accountability, and consistent support to help you move forward at a pace that works for you.
